CYBERCRUNCH® BECOMES ONE OF HANDFUL OF COMPANIES TO RECEIVE DELAWARE RECYCLING PERMIT CyberCrunch® has become one of only a handful of companies authorized to provide on-site hard-drive shredding in the state of Delaware. As each state has different e-waste laws, we work diligently to ensure we have all the necessary registrations and permits to answer the call around the United States. “With identity theft on the rise and data breaches becoming a daily event in our country, we are working with companies to ensure they are staying on the right side of legal requirements,” said Serdar Bankaci, founder and owner of CyberCrunch. “Through our on-site hard-drive shredding, we ensure all Delaware companies are compliant, as we deliver serialized reports of the drives that we destroy.” By using CyberCrunch®’s services, companies comply with PCI, GLBA, FACTA, SOX, and HIPPA data-destruction requirements. Plus, with the serialized reports generated by CyberCrunch® after the fact, companies have written evidence of their compliance in the event of an audit. “As one of the only companies authorized to provide these services, we take our job incredibly seriously. We are very honored to have received a Delaware recycling permit, showcasing to our clients how passionate we are about providing our work nationally,” said Bankaci. “We look forward to more continued client collaboration and support in the year to come.”CyberCrunch® is R2/RIOS-certified, as well as an NAID member. The company provides commercial services to companies in need of e-waste recycling and data destruction throughout the United States. For more information, visit https://ccrcyber.com/ |
VIDEO CONTEST FOR STUDENTS IN CELEBRATION OF EARTH DAY In celebration of Earth Day, CyberCrunch® is hosting a video contest to award students from the Pittsburgh and Philadelphia area, with prizes totaling $2,000. Electronics is the fastest-growing source of waste on the planet, and the U.S. is the largest producer of electronic waste in the world. As the leader in e-recycling, CyberCrunch® is furthering its commitment and reducing waste while giving back to the community and celebrating Earth Day with the next generation of recycling advocates. “Earth Day serves as a reminder to us all that caring for the environment through recycling is vital to our future,” said Serdar Bankaci, president of CyberCrunch. “What better way to commemorate the day than by giving students an opportunity to give back to their communities and the environment?” Contestants will need to upload a 30-second video on Instagram about the importance of electronics recycling. Contestants should use the MP4 file format for the video, and the uploaded video must include #CyberCrunchRecycling in the description in order to be entered. The submitted videos should include a reference to electronic waste recycling in the caption. Contestants must also submit their video via the form at https://ccrcyber.com/earthday/. CyberCrunch’s panel of judges will select the most thrilling, creative, and convincing videos, and the Philadelphia and Pittsburgh-based first place winners will each receive a $1,000 cash prize. “We’re looking to reward students who have a passion for going green and treat every day as if it’s Earth Day, and we can’t wait to see the videos that students create,” added Bankaci. The contest will run from April 9 through May 7th, 2019, and the winners will be notified by May 15. For the full terms and conditions, please visit www.ccrcyber.com. |
